Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Great question. We don’t want to list your house because we do not want to be your real estate agent. We are looking for houses to buy, not list.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Yes. We have to pay fair prices or no one would sell their house to us. Some people want us to pay more than a fair price, but we cannot overpay either.

We buy houses that need repairs or remodeling or updating or painting. Many banks and mortgage companies will not even give out a loan on a house that needs a bunch of repairs. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs or remodeling is required, the present condition of the property, and values of comparable houses recently sold nearby. As you know, house values have taken a huge hit in the last 5 years and many areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We take many pieces of information into consideration, then we come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A:  We do NOT charge any fees or commissions when we buy someone’s house.  We are not trying to get you to list your house with us. We actually want to buy your house. We are a house buying company based locally here in Ohio.
